The Resort At Port Ludlow features a variety of Meeting Rooms ranging from a comfortable, Living Room setting including Fireplace to a formal Conference Room setting, with beautiful views of Port Ludlow Marina, Ludlow Bay and the Olympic Mountains.

Olympic Room:

The Olympic Room is a large, 656 square-feet conference room and can accommodate up to 60 Guests for a Conference or Wedding. Large windows allow for soft natural lighting and beautiful views of Port Ludlow Marina, Ludlow Bay and the Olympic Mountains beyond.

The Olympic Room features a large private Veranda overlooking the Lagoon, which makes for a convenient breakout area or a breath of fresh air. Includes complimentary Wireless Internet Access.

The Foyer outside the Olympic Room can be included to provide more Meeting Space for Dining or mingling.

Heron Room:

The Heron Room is an elegant 420 square-foot Conference Room that can accommodate up to 15 Guests in a Conference-style set-up. Large windows allow soft natural lighting. Includes complimentary Wireless Internet Access.

Andrews Suite:

The Andrews Suite is a comfortable, 562 square-foot Living Room and Conference Room. The Andrews Suite features a cozy Fireplace and Conference Table for 12 Guests. Large windows allow for soft natural lighting. The Private Veranda provides views of Port Ludlow Marina, Ludlow Bay and the Olympic Mountains. Includes complimentary Wireless Internet Access.

Marina Room:

The Marina Dining Rooms are 600 square-foot and are a separate area for groups to dine outside of their meeting rooms. A full wall of windows provides views of the Port Ludlow Marina, Ludlow Bay and the Olympic Mountains beyond. Includes complimentary Wireless Internet Access.

Compass Room:

The Compass Room is a 405 square-foot private Conference Room located in the former Harbormaster Restaurant building. Complete with exceptional Dining experiences and panoramic views of the Port Ludlow Bay and the Olympic Mountains surrounding The Resort At Port Ludlow.

Chart Room:

The Chart Room is a 784 square-foot private Conference Room located in the former Harbormaster Restaurant building.
